How to Send a Student a Note

Step by Step Process

1. Click on View next to the student you would like to send a note to.

2. Click on Send Note in the top right hand corner

3. Type your note in the box.

4. You can attach a note to a course so the student knows which course your note is referring to

5. Click on Send

6. You can view the notes you have sent to a student by clicking the Notes tab

7. They can be seen here. You can also see if the student has marked them as read.

Viewing Notes as a Student


When you have sent a note to a learner, they will receive an email letting them know to check their account.


8. A student can view their messages by clicking on the bell in the top right corner.

9. Click on Note from Teacher

10. Students can mark a note as read so their teacher knows they have seen it.
