Viewing a learners results
You can view a learners results from work they have completed within the course, as well as any results from exams that the learner has sat with Pass Functional Skills.
In this article, we will show you how to view a learners course results (revision, practice questions, topic tests, mock exams and subject knowledge assessment) and IA results (initial assessment) and Exam results (initial assessment and real exam attempts)
Viewing Course Results
(Revision, practice questions, topic tests, mock exams and subject knowledge assessment)
1. Click on 'View' next to the learner whose course results you want to look at.

2. Click the tab called 'Course Results'

3. Here there will be a list of courses that the learner is enrolled on, click 'View' next to the course you want to look at.

4. If you scroll down you will be able to see a list of the revision that the learner has completed...

5. You can also see how a learner did on their practice questions attempts and whether they did the easy, medium or hard questions...

6. If you keep scrolling down, you will find results of a learners topic test attempts...

7. Under that you can see mock exam results for the learner...

8. And finally, you can see how the learner did in any subject knowledge assessment attempts.

9. You can take a look at the learners answers by clicking 'View' next to any of the tests.

10. Here you can see the answer the student gave, as well as the correct answer.
To take a look at the question, simply click where it says 'Question' under the question number.

IA Results
(Initial assessment)
1. Again, click 'View' next to the student whose exam results you want to look at.

2. Click on the 'IA Results' tab

3. Here you can view the learner's initial assessment results and take a look at their answers by clicking view next to the attempt.

Exam Results
(Real exam attempts)
1. Again, click 'View' next to the student whose exam results you want to look at.

2. Click on the 'Exam Results' tab

3. Here you will find the results of any exams a student has sat.

5. By scrolling to the right on the table, you can see which exams the learner has sat and when. As well as which attempt this was for them, the pass mark and their score. You can also see the status of the exam, so whether the learner has passed on their 1st, 2nd or 3rd attempt, failed, they are waiting for results or their exam is booked but they haven't yet sat.
