How to Change a Student's Activity Status
A students' activity status just refers to whether they are active, on a break in learning or no longer using the course (archived). This information is just for teachers and organisation managers, the student will not be able to view this.

Step by Step Process
How to Change a Student's Activity Status
1. Click on "Students". In this example we will set student Lucas Grant's status to "On a Break".
2. Scroll through the table to find the student, or, use the search bars in the tables columns to filter the table's results.
In the example, we will type "Lucas" into the First Name search bar and press the "Enter" button on our keyboard.
3. Click on "View".
4. Then, click on "Active".
5. Next, select the status you would like to set.
Active indicate the student is engaged in the course and is working on completing their learning tasks.On a Break is used when a student is temporarily stepping away from the course, either because of a pause in their studies or due to personal reasons.Archived means that the student has finished their course, or, is no longer actively participating.
6. Click on "Ok, got it!".
