How to Sort Tables by Column
As well as applying filters to columns, you can sort the table alphabetically or numerically by column.
Quickest method

Click on a column header: with each click, you can change whether a column's values are sorted in ascending, descending or no particular order:
Alternate method

Click the three dots besides a column heading.

Choose whether to sort the column from ascending or descending.

The rows have now been sorted by Email in ascending order .
