This is particularly common in environments with strict security policies or organisations with firewalls such as Securly, Windows Defender, McAfee, Symantec etc set to have high firewall security settings. ## Why This Happens Our platform uses separate subdomains for different services. Some firewall or content filtering systems treat subdomains differently and may block these API requests by default, especially if they're not explicitly whitelisted. ## What You Need to Do To ensure the platform works correctly, you’ll need to ask your IT team (or network administrator) to **whitelist the following domains** in your firewall or content filter: ``` *.pass.tech ``` If your system doesn’t support wildcard domains, please whitelist these specific subdomains: - `api.pass.tech` - `content.api.pass.tech` - `provider.api.pass.tech` - `student.api.pass.tech` - `cdn-app.pass.tech` This allows the necessary data and content to load across the platform. ## Additional Notes for IT Teams - Ensure both **HTTP (port 80)** and **HTTPS (port 443)** traffic is allowed for these domains. - If using Securly or similar filters, double-check there are no policy rules preventing access to subdomains. - If running any endpoint protection (e.g. Windows Defender, Sophos, etc.), verify that these domains are not being flagged or blocked. ## Still Having Trouble?
