# How to Export Data

You can export data from Provider tables in CSV and Excel format.

### 1. This demo will show you how to export data from a table. In this example, we will export the data from the table of all our students, so we start by clicking "Students".

### 2. **Right click** somewhere inside the table.

### 3. Then, click on "Export".

### 4. Finally, choose whether to export the table's data as a CSV or straight into Excel, and click on your choice.
